Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty. Muësli with raisins and dried apricot.Milk chocolate (nuts and raisin Cadbury bar ?)
Palate: Sherbety with a sharp tinge. Malty flavours mingled with dried fruit. Good balance with the nose.
Finish: Dry,a bit numbing. Quiet lingering.
Comment: A well-structured whisky. Would please savoury teeth more than sweet ones.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Glucose. Very light and clean. Not a lot to start with. With water there's dried apple.
Palate: Seems as if needs to be unlocked. Quite plump feel in the centre but the alcohol is in charge here. A strangemix of darktoffee and light lemon.
Finish: Bland.
Comment: Not come to life yet.
