Tasting notes
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Scallop shells, rock pools, brine. Some coal notes in time.
Palate: Initially zesty fruit notes and milk chocolate, becoming very smoky, with traces of tar.
Finish: Lingering smoke with the taste of chimneys.
Comment: A bit of an old sea beast!

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Barbeques on a beach, seared scallops, very marine. Coal tar soap comes through as well, warmed tarmac.
Palate: Tropical fruits, oranges and a hint of whipping cream but then the peat smoke rises filling the mouth.
Finish: Drying and peaty.
Comment: Great balance on the palate.
