Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Dry and assertive with concentrated fruit, heather root smokiness and an intriguing floral note.
Palate: Bone dry start – ashes of the peat fire – then apricot/peat in middle. Seems all very crisp and dry but there's a real succulence in there.
Finish: Charred sticks then bourbon biscuits.
Comment: Lovely balance once again. Very well made.
8.0
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Mothballs.
Palate: Oily, buttery.
Finish: Good punch of peatiness.
Comment: All the components but not very well integrated. Oiliness seems to dominate.
