Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Compact cereals at first: develops a background of summer fruits in the local greengrocers shop. A trace of lemony freshness. Perhaps some menthol?
Palate: Light, but a little creamy. Jammy? Cream cakes? Still menthol in there.
Finish: Fairly short and quite sharp.
Comment: Has nothing to be ashamed of, but could do with more action at the front end.
7.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Flat, dull oak. Reminds me of school blackboards (chalk dust, oak). In time a light hay/cereal note. Lot of cask.
Palate: As light as a feather. Some sweetness, some light fruit.
Finish: Short.
Comment: There's just not a lot happening.
