Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Hints of bitter chocolate.
Palate: Clean, syrupy. Brown sugar. Butter. Dark chocolate. Mint. Kendal mint cake.
Finish: Late hint of peat.
Comment: Lots happening. Nice interplay of elements.
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Rich and rounded: toffee (Werthers Original) orange, light spice/leaf. Pretty rich, good balance.
Palate: Thick in the mouth. A chewy weight, any woodiness is balanced by buttered nuts, citrus and a slightly earthy smokiness. A lush package.
Finish: Dry and nutty with good balance.
Comment: A lot to it. Everything has knitted together well.
