Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Spirity. Biting. A sweeter note of angelica and lemon balm slowly rises up. Fresh coriander. Cut grass. Light vanilla syrup. With a touch of smoke ?
Palate: Sweet at firs. A verbena herbal tea sweetened with syrup. Quite mouthcoating. Not as biting as the nose. Crushed fresh hazelnuts.
Finish: Sherbety,quite sweet. Rather short.
Comment: Another crispy dram. Not unpleasant but tastes a bit too young.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Seems young. Slight plastic note, becoming metallic. Draff/moistly malty. Whiff of smoke.
Palate: Intense and needling. Hot as well but certainly has more promise than onthe nose. Lots of lemon.
Finish: Smooths slightly.
Comment: Lacks integration.
