Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense, warm. An exquisite combination of juicy oak, toffee and orange curd. With a delicate floral note floating around. Opens on vanilla waffle and praline, then releasing a whiff of spices.
Palate: Crisp and sherbety. More oaky notes than on the nose but so well combined with the rest. Mint toffee and gentle spices.
Finish: Warm,dry,spicy.
Comment: A well constructed dram, warm and uplifting.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fruity, with real biscuity/nuttiness behind. Good maturity. In time it becomes sweeter with some caramel and a lift of clementine juice.
Palate: Controlled, sweet start. Clean and tongue-clinging. There's citrus and some light grip. Very attractive. The diluted palate is equally sweet with a hint of malt, but is fruit dominated. Good balance.
Finish: Lightly nutty.
Comment: Balanced and fine. Worth a look.
