Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Herbal, sweet. Honey, lemon balm. Light juicy fruit. White currant. Rhubarb juice. A touch of lemon drop.
Palate: Quite fizzy on the tongue. Spices unveil immediately. Teasing.
Finish: Dry, spicy, with a touch of burnt wood.
Comment: A cheeky character, uplifting, cheery and vibrant. For an outdoor meal, with shellfish maybe. Water gives it depth.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very plain with light smoke. Slightly flinty, firm and a little exposed and lacking integration.
Palate: A mineral quality which teases into dried grass. Water brings out a perfumed quality, some smoke, chilli flakes and a slight weight pressing into the middle of the tongue.
Finish: Short and clean.
Comment: No better than average HP.
