Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fragrant. Lemon juice and pulp. Gooseberry. A hint of verbena herbal tea.
Palate: Sweet at first then getting bitter. Strange hoppy taste, like a beer. Peppermint.
Finish: Dry, spicy, sherbety.
Comment: A summer dram. Quite thirst quenching with its bitter profile.
7.8
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Slightly plain, yet fragrant with wet green grass, anise, marzipan. Lightly dusty. Sweeter with water.
Palate: Very sweet again. The anise note returns along with meadow sweet. Firm but charming.
Finish: Clean and soft.
Comment: A welcome addition.
