Tasting notes
Taster   Robin Laing
Nose: Shy but fresh and clean.Fruit - lemons, tangerines, jellied fruits. Faint smoke.
Palate: Intensely sweet and fruity; plum jam, Opal Fruits (Starburst).
Finish: Quite dry; never bitter but a hint of citric peel at the end.
Comment: Delicate and refined (like the colour).

Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: By the seaside again, but this is more fragrant, the smoke more wispy than the previous one.
Palate: Smoke at first, then very pleasant fruit and malt interplay.
Finish: Long,smoky and spicy.
Comment: A classy introduction to island peated malts.
