Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Some peaty grassiness. Oily, creamy, maltiness. Very nutty indeed.
Palate: Astonishingly nutty. Sliced almonds. Ripe cherries.
Finish: Kirsch-like.
Comment: A fine malt, with great character for its relative youth. Greater ages are eagerly awaited.
Taster   Jim Murray
Nose: Feinty, fat, young. Off-centre. Oily and sweet with some malty notes fighting through.
Palate: Immediately sweet and coats the mouth with a pleasant maltiness. A little spice towards the middle, alongside some sweet vanilla.
Finish: Sweet coffee and lingering oils.
Comment: Recovers well from disastrous nose. Never becomes complex on the palate but flavours are vivid and helped by a glossy sheen.
