Tasting notes

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Clean and soft with vanilla, orange and very light smoke.
Palate: Young and fresh, but balancing mellow grain with ripe and fruity malt. Some heathery notes.
Finish: Medium. Soft.
Comment: Attractive, well-balanced and harmonious. Good session blend.

Nose: Sweet, spicy. Lemon cake.
Palate: Rich, sweet, creamy, fudgy. Fruity. Lemon tea. Jasmine.
Finish: Appetising development of soft smokiness.
Comment: Bigger in body than flavour, but with some complexity and an excellent balance.
