Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruity and nutty. Ripe fruit. Dry almonds. White grapes. Gooseberry. Kiwi. Delicate and elegant. Getting floral. Freesia. A hint of new leather. Fresh and lively. With water, crab apple.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Silky texture. The same fruity profile. Syllabub. Drying on a gingery note.
Finish: Clean, dry with an almond aftertaste.
Comment: A well-balanced enticing whisky. Like a walk in a summer garden.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Really elegant and floral at first. Opening the door to a florist’s shop, peony, rose and lilac come in waves. Lots of fruit too, green apple and poached pears.
Palate: Fresh and sweet. Plenty of fruit here as well, tinned peaches, strawberry sorbet. A little spiced note at the end, cinnamon and ginger snap biscuits.
Finish: Fresh and short.
Comment: A really well put together dram, nicely thought out.
