Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Complex. Coconut oil, oak, wood, basil, dried orange skin, hint of smoke. With water, sultana, butter and a singed note.
Palate: Smoke again. Everything quite concentrated then leaps into life, broadening and coating the palate. Builds in complexity, then spice.
Finish: Tangerine and toast.
Comment: Contemplative.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Fresh. Briney. Lemony.
Palate: Creamy porridge with salt. Then pancakes with sugar and lemon juice.
Finish: Sherbet lemons.
Comment: Astonishingly citric.
