Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Enticing. A full bowl of fruit salad. Tinned peaches in syrup. Creamy. Custard, blancmange. Opens onherbal notes. Aniseed and fennel. The cereals are not far.
Palate: Firm, structured. Satin like. Teases the tastebuds with a buoyant freshness.
Finish: Long, sensuous. Soothing on vanilla custard.
Comment: A delicate and intricate dram. Alcohol is well mastered.Invigorating.
