Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light, floral and fruity. Daffodil. Acacia honey. Ripe grain.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. More honey. Juicy pear. Develops on custard notes with a hint of caramel.
Finish: Short, dry. Clean and spicy.
Comment: Quite similar to the previous one but with more character. Drier and better structured. Obviously young.
7.5
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Light and fragrant, with grapefruit and other citrus fruits
Palate: Very clean and fresh.A summer whisky, with lemon and lime cordial and some oaky notes to hold it in check.
Finish: Fruity starburst, with an array of fruit. Doesn’t do a lot, but what it does it does well.
Comment: Not as complex as some Irish whiskeys but acceptable enough.
