Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Citrussy. Fresh tangerine juice. Malt flour. A earthy note with a fungal touch.
Palate: Round, velvety. Muësli with dried strawberries (Jordans). Tangerine. Pleasant spicy festoon. White pepper.
Finish: Medium, clean, spicy.
Comment: Wild geese fly together! This one could be the leader. More flesh than the others. And a good balance between fruit and oak.
7.8
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: At first a bit dairy-ish, then stewed vegetables and eventually some fruit.
Palate: Better.Tropical fruit, sweet pepper, candy and soft toffee.
Finish: Hamster-like; cute and fluffy but with no claws.
Comment: I’m getting bored now. Not enough complexity to sustain the interest.
