Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Sandalwood. Cedar. Oak tannins. Some phenols. Cough sweets. Morello cherries. Passion fruit.
Palate: Sour cherry pie. Blackcurrants. Coconut.
Finish: Huge. Peppery.
Comment: A huge whisky but overwhelmingly fruity and alcoholic.
7.8
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Dense, almost burnt. Rum truffle, chocolate, prune.
Palate: Thick. Robust, smoky, black treacle toffee. The wood and the sherry dominating.
Finish: Bitter chocolate.
Comment: Way too much sherry for me. It's too strong without water but splits when you add some.
