Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Like walking into an expensive sweet shop. The sweets are all in boxes, perhaps even gift-wrapped, but the aromas of fudge, chocolate, mint and Parma violets linger in the air.
Palate: Honeyed. Cinder toffee. Shortbread.
Finish: Balancing flowery dryness.
Comment: A lovely, elegant, delicately malty Yamazaki.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Round and creamy with underlying sweetness. Apricot, mango, cooked apple; runny honey, malt and a forested note: moss, sandalwood.
Palate: Gentle and lightly chewy: yellow wine gums, vanilla sugar. Balanced between dry oak and sweet spirit. Gets spicier towards the finish.
Finish: Nutty.
Comment: Excellent balance and intriguing complexity.
