Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Summery, light and fragrant. Grassy. Freshly cut lawn, green oak. Lemon grass. Herbal tea. Lemon sherbet. Reminds me of a chartreuse.
Palate: Unctuous, sweet. A slight watery gap at midpalate. The palate is true to the nose. The same herbal notes are delivered. Wild chervil, dill.
Finish: Sweet, minty with a spicy dryness.
Comment: A charming summery dram. The perfect 'herbal tea'
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Edgy and young. Minty (toothpaste) flaming orange oils. A little stony.
Palate: Clean and floral with a soft apricot like richness in the centre. Good length. More to it than the nose suggests.
Finish: Quick, biscuity oak.
Comment: More about potential. For me this is too young and needs time to come together.
