Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Big and bold. Plenty of fresh oak and coconut cream then comes somesalted caramel, blackberry compote.
Palate: Gentle at first, with cornbread, then the dry spices build. Plenty of tannins and oak grip.
Finish: Drying and packed with oak grip.
Comment: Another excellent release of rye.

Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Fudge, Chantilly cream, summer fruits, ginger nuts.
Palate: Nice balance of velvety vanilla and more aggressive rye.
Finish: Relentless spiciness, a touch of chilli.
Comment: Another fine example of why rye has been undergoing a resurgence.
