Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Perfumy. Floral. Carnation. Rose petals. Turkish delight. Hint of white chocolate. delicate and elegant. In time, toasted pistachios.
Palate: Silky, gently flowing. Then becoming crisp like Thai silk. More Turkish delight. Poached pears. A festoon of spices tease the tongue. Water brings out sweetness.
Finish: Dry, lingering. spicy.
Comment: Elegant, intricate and enticing. Mozart with the depth of Beethoven and theagile touch of Liszt?

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Rich and full. Loads of plump sultanas and dried fruits: apricots, apples and pears. A hint of cracked black pepper.
Palate: Plenty of body and balance here. Zest laden marmalade melds into spicy oak and those dried fruits. Tobacco leaf.
Finish: Dry and oaky.
Comment: Excellent stuff and not to be overlooked at all.
