Nose: Buttermilk pancakes with vanilla ice cream. Then stewed apples and peachcobbler, but also tropical fruit salad.
Palate: The cream is still there, more Chantilly, vanilla pods and cinnamon Butterscotch and Angel Delight. Drys a little with some oak spices.
Finish: Soft and drying with the oak.
Comment: Well put together and a fitting celebration for Mr Campbell.
