Tasting notes
Taster   Phoebe Calver
Nose: Beautiful notes of Christmas pudding, with raisins, candied peel, cherries and flaked almonds. Some warming cinnamon-stick spiced notes.
Palate: The dark fruit notes really develop here, with sherried raisins, chunks of date, cinnamon-infused single cream, and the zest of an orange.
Finish: The candied peel and dried dark fruits gently dry out for a lingering finish.
Comment: Some great character here. It’s well balanced and brings complexity into some simply delicious flavours.

Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: Blackberry and spearmint. Pear drop and cantaloupe. Black treacle and wine-y, brandy-like notes. Subtle violet and lots of plum jam. Nutty and chocolatey, like Florentines. Chewy toffee.
Palate: Medium-full. Chewy toffee and milk chocolate. Red grape juice drink, blueberry bubblegum, and some digestive biscuit.
Finish: Medium-long, on toffee and chocolate.
Comment: Packed full of delicious fruity flavours, there’s plenty to enjoy here.
