Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light but tangy. A floral note combined to summer fruit. Strawberry, redcurrant. Cream-soda.
Palate: Thick, almost syrupy. Very sweet. The same summer fruit notes as on thenose. Pomegranate juice.
Finish: Dry, medium long.
Comment: The colour indicates a wine finish. Port maybe. A perfect companion for afruit dessert.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Looks like a light rose wine and with a nose of flowers, cranberry andpomegranate it smells like one as well.
Palate: That red fruit quality it retained but its hot which at 46% suggests that theoak hasn't helped to dampen down the alcohol.
Finish: Delicately fruity, but too ethereal
Comment: No real complexity. Maybe longer in cask would have helped. Compare tothe Penderyn.
