Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Malty and clean. Touch of draff and hay, then comes malted milk and juicy fruit chewing gum. Youthful withwater with unripe pear notes.
Palate: Light smoke to start, scented and balanced, the malt adds a slight dry note then a toffee-like thicknesscomes in later on.
Finish: Nutty.with light smoke.
Comment: Pleasant and easy-going.

Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Artichoke,tinned stewed strawberry,smoke.
Palate: Thin, and mainly smoke and malt with undeveloped fruit flavours.
Finish: Here today,gone today...
Comment: Unspectacular and pretty forgettable. Youth doesn't become it.
