Tasting notes
Taster   Jim Murray
Nose: Firmer with some immediate pot still fruitiness. Quite grainy and spirity.
Palate: Decent pot still hardness with caramel and spice. Some malt-loaf sweetness, but too much caramel.
Finish: Medium length; the caramel disappointingly lingers but the vanilla and spices ensure complexity.
Comment: Could do better. Superior to the standard Tullamore Dew, with an engaging sweetness which works well with the fruity pot still. Not bad.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Perfumy. Grassy. Very grainy. Toasty. Warm.
Palate: Light, fruity, sweet.
Finish: A kiss of sherry sweetness.
Comment: Flirtatious, but not a lot to say for itself.
