Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Floral and citrus notes dominate, lemons and tangerines. Fresh pears and cream. A little nut edge, hazels and pecans emerge.
Palate: Very smooth and creamy. Cookies and cream ice cream. A little waxy in time.
Finish: Oak lingers.
Comment: Perfect for the summer evenings.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense, fruity. Citrus peel. Hazelnut toffee. Soft nougat. White chocolate.Creamy and nutty.
Palate: Gently flowing. Mellow. The same creaminess as on the nose. Milk chocolate and raisins. Marzipan. Drying on elegant oaky notes. With water, orange peel.
Finish: Oaky, dry. Some astringency.
Comment: A well structured dram. Oakier on the palate than on the nose.
