Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Pink in colour. A mix of sherbert, fondant icing and sweet, moist, draff moistness. Then there's coconut, red wine gums and some sappiness.
Palate: Good initial attack, then the wine gums begins to dominate the nuttymalt beneath. Opens with water into pineapple. Slightly unbalanced.
Finish: Dry oak, sweet fruit.
Comment: Too much finish for me.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Another 'rosé'
Palate: Sweet but the same mushroom note. Together with a sweet syrup flavour.
Finish: Sweet, with a redcurrant touch.
Comment: I know that some like it hot but I wonder if any like it rot ! Not I anyway...
