Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Perfumy. Malty and floral. Acacia, orange blossom honey. Toffee. White peaches. In time, vanilla syrup.
Palate: Smooth and mouth-coating. Velvety texture. Fruit poached in vanilla. The flavours tend to fade away quickly. Crystallised ginger.
Finish: Sweet and short. Spices in the back.
Comment: The nose is promising, the palate is a bit behind. But this is a pleasant dram.

Nose: Fragrant and floral. tinned peaches and sweet honey syrup. A touch of lavender bread and apple blossom.
Palate: Viscous and a little oily. Danish pastry with vanilla custard. Sweetness grows. Orange rind and fresh ginger slices covered in milk chocolate.
Finish: Fades quite quickly leaving powdered ginger and cinnamon.
Comment: A nice dram with some interesting layers of flavour.
