Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Honeyed vanilla, stewed fruits, plum.
Palate: Sharp, pinewood, mint and resin.
Finish: A long dash of fruit and wood.
Comment: Another big whiskey with plenty to offer.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Leathery with stewed fruits. Light cardamom lift. Deep and forest-like. Rich layered and robust. On the bigger side of things. Damson, chestnut honey.
Palate: Concentrated. Seems to have some age. Cherry throat sweets (Tunes)/elderberry. Deep in the centre with layers of oak and nuts giving structure to the dense weight.
Finish: Long and slightly drying.
Comment: In line with cask No. 66, but with greater complexity. One for a cigar.
