Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Cereals bowl. Dry hay. Muësli. Orange blossom honey. Biscuity. More citrus with water.
Palate: Round, satin-like. Caressing. Still that biscuit profile. Digestive biscuit. With a touch of lemon curd.
Finish: Dry, slightly fizzy on the tongue.
Comment: A pleasant dram. Water smoothes it but it loses its briskness.

Nose: Vegetable, cabbage/sulphur which flies off leaving some autumn leaves, light apple puree and crisp maltiness.
Palate: Rounded with substance and a syrup pudding sweetness in centre. Lime, then mixed nuts. Medium weight. Smooth and clean.
