Tasting notes

Taster Annabel Meikle

Nose: Comforting rye toast and brown paper. Violet sweets and baked rice pudding with a sprinkle of spices.
Palate: Melting chocolate, rum and raisin ice cream, cappuccino and cherry.
Finish: Viscous, creamy and smooth.
Comment: Pudding in a glass.

Taster Joel Harrison

Nose: Vintage clothes shop (the wool jumper section), this is all big oak, youth and jammy tones. A hint of IKEA warehouse and flat pack furniture.
Palate: Mushroom soup with a tablespoon of sugar, this is very meaty but also very sweet. An odd combination.
Finish: Powdered ginger, nutmeg and all spice.
Comment: This is not to my taste...so onward to the next one.
