Tasting notes

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Takes time to open, then rich, polished oak tones alongside pepper, cumin, nutmeg. In time a more fragrant lift: Turkish Delight.
Palate: Big soft and creamy, ripe berries and honey. Big, soft and powerful.
Finish: Gentle honeyed/buttery.
Comment: Gentle but rich. Somehow the reverse of the Weller, smells spicy and becomes honeyed in the mouth.

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Rich, creamy, flowery, fruity.
Palate: Chocolate pralines filled with fudgy toffee and orange cream.
Finish: Crunchy cookies, slightly burnt at the edges. A suggestion of char.
Comment: This should obviously be an ingredient of all self-respecting desserts. An accompaniment to them, too. And an after dinner drink. You are in a dry county? So what?
