Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Intense floral notes, rose water, Turkish Delight, raw silk. Chantilly cream.Toasted pink marshmallows.
Palate: Herbal sweets and chocolate. Sweet but there is this gentle bitter oak edgeto it.
Finish: Dries on spices.
Comment: A tale of two elements, the nose is glorious but the palate needs a littlemore oomph.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fragrant. Fruity and floral. Hawthorn flowers. Pears poached in vanilla syrup.
Palate: Satin-like. Very sweet. Elderflower cordial. Slightly cardboard as well. Rather thin. Hint of marshmallow.
Finish: Quickly fading.
Comment: Deceptive. The nose is fresh and fragrant. But the palate does not deliver much and the finish is so short.
