Tasting notes
Taster   Annabel Meikle
Nose: Madeleine and lightly baked sponge, fudge and pineapple Tarte Tatin. Lightly scented talcum powder, buttery caramel sauce over vanilla ice cream.
Palate: Peach and apricot crumble with fudge sauce. Plump juicy fruitiness with water, strawberry and plum with a lightly spiced custard.
Finish: Luscious and viscous.
Comment: Tender hearted and loveable. Delicious.
9.2
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Creamy coconut, under ripe bananas, honeycomb and malty caramel.
Palate: A very refined and quite rich malted note, followed by chilli flaked chocolate, some sweet vanilla pipe tobacco and an oily note, topped with some light tropical fruits.
Finish: The lighter fruity notes develop into a clean white oak dryness.
Comment: Delicate and easy to overpower, so give this your fullest attention.
