Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Apple blossom and honey. Some softer fruits, pears, melon and a touchof peach. Bags of creams oak.
Palate: Soft and gentle. Sweeter with more tropical fruit. Almost orange juice witha little nutmeg spice.
Finish: Lingers with the spices building.
Comment: Not as well balanced as it could be. The elements need more time to mellow and develop together.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fragrant. An apple orchard on a warm autumn day. A mix of flowery and fruity notes. Apple compote with vanilla. Gets creamier on time.
Palate: Smooth, velvety. A sweet honey and vanilla profile. More apples. Drying onan astringent note.
Finish: Dry with a spicy touch. Astringent.
Comment: A cousin of the previous sample? Maybe creamier and softer though. But there is still a gap between nose and palate.
