Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light, scented and lifted with some grassiness and citrus oils mixed with mint. In time some fresh pear and, diluted, vanilla.
Palate: A light, fresh, aperitif style which has zestiness and instant appeal. Balanced fresh and sweet.
Finish: Medium length with that citrus note returning.
Comment: A cool summer dessert that acts as an ideal wake-me-up.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral and fruity. Freesia. Muscat grape, juicy pears. Dry coconut. Granny Smith. A thirst quenching nose!
Palate: Crisp and gently flowing like raw silk. The same appetising flavour profile as in the nose. Sweet maltiness. Lemon juice. Creamy yoghurt.
Finish: Gently warming, with a fresh almond aftertaste to it.
Comment: Not a complex whisky but a well balanced one. Perfect for a relaxing spring afternoon.
