Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Peaches in syrup, cherry blossom, toast and honey, blood orange juice and a little wood sap.
Palate: That honey, syrup note comes through. Maple syrup and malted milk. Very smooth and silky.
Finish: Disappears like cherry blossom, fragrant.
Comment: Lush and smooth, perfect pre dinner.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fragrant, delicate. Floral and fruity. Acacia blossom, hawthorn. Gets biscuity on time. Joined by vanilla syrup with a twist of orange. Really enticing.
Palate: Flowing like soft silk. Very refreshing. White peaches poached in a vanilla syrup. Slightly sherbety.
Finish: Dry, fading quickly.
Comment: A pleasant summer dram. The nose delivers more than the palate though. To try with a bowl of strawberries and yoghurt.
