Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Soft and mellow. Plenty of poached fruit, baked apple pie with a touch ofmelted sugar.
Palate: Very cidery. Sweet and sharp that seems to work only on a coupleof levels.
Finish: Short and sweet.
Comment: Not a bad dram just seems to lose its way a little.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light and fruity. Autumn fruit. Overipe pears, medlars. A touch of pear cider (poiré). Apple blossom. Honey. A hint of white chocolate. Opens up slowly but pleasantly.
Palate: Smooth and sweet at start. Then dries up and leaves a bitter flavour like theskin of a cider apple.
Finish: Dry, short, bitter.
Comment: The nose promised more sweetness than the palate delivered. A littledisappointing. Needs time to open.
