Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean and lightly sweet with a subtle spiciness cut with a whiff of silverpolish and freshly cleaned linoleum.
Palate: Lifted and sweet with that familiar mix of green fruits, carnation and a vivacious acidity.
Finish: Long and peppery. Bracing.
Comment: Has good balance and decent complexity.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Shy, restrained. Herbalist shop. Lemon balm. Lemon thyme. Perfumy. Hint of pineapple. With water, vanilla syrup.
Palate: Sweet at first with a satin like feel. The alcohol is well mastered. Dries up and gets spicy. Ginger beer. With water, a fresh minty note.
Finish: Dry, minty.
Comment: That whisky seems to have matured in a tired cask. But it is worth giving it time to unwind. Finally quite pleasant.
