Tasting notes
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: A hint of peat, vanilla and lavender, this has a wonderful aromatic nose.
Palate: Deliciously light peat, more vanilla, some milk chocolate and praline tones.
Finish: Peat smoke (coal dust) to the fore with a large bouquet of fresh white flowers in the background.
Comment: I'll take a case. Lovely stuff.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Marine. Smoky. Bonfire. Cold ashes. A sweet aroma as well with a touch of honey. Acacia. A mineral note, reminding of wet pebbles.
Palate: Sweet and delicate. Light smoke, very aerial. Marshmallow. Salty feel.
Finish: Sweet and smoky. Rather short with a hint of wet cardboard.
Comment: A light mariner, more on the sweet side.
