Tasting notes

Taster Joel Harrison

Nose: Lemon meringue pie, toasted pine nuts, a hint of nutmeg and truffle.
Palate: Honey, toasted pine nuts, some vanilla marshmallow and sunflower oil.Sweet chamomile tea and a hint of menthol round this off.
Finish: Sweetness wins through, very sweet indeed, actually and this is one that lasts and lasts with vanilla the main component.
Comment: Sweet Like Tropicana'

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Malty. Butterscotch. Plenty of vanilla. Some barley sugar. Drying hay. Fresh and lively. Opening on light citrus notes. Lemonade. Quite sweet. Water brings out floral notes. Good aromatic evolution.
Palate: Round and silky. Sweet at start but getting fizzy with a sparkling spicyoutburst. Drying on ginger and lemon zest.
Finish: Warming, with a biscuity touch.
Comment: Pleasant and refreshing.
