Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Big waves of cream toffee, tablet, cream sherry. Stewed oranges andbrown sugar.
Palate: Quite sweet but the spices are lurking, cinnamon and cloves.
Finish: Long with sweet peat.
Comment: Seems a little thin at first until the spices roll out.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: There's a (house?) style seemingly shared between this trio which centres on real sweetness and instantly appealing aromas. This has some dark fruits and dried tangerine peel, marmalade, barley flour and malt.
Palate: Assertive and nutty. Lightly herbal with some leather. Becomes softer and layered with some jammy fruits. It's whisky as a New World wine.
Finish: Glossy. Jammy.
Comment: Nice.. really nice but not with a wow factor.
