Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Something familiar here, it's crisp and fresh, gentle wood notes coming through, fresh sawdust, church pews, floor polish and fruit chewing gum.
Palate: More fruit comes through here, a little tropical, with mango, apricots, nectarines and pears. Cherry boiled sweets coated in caster sugar. Hints of granola bars.
Finish: Pretty decent gentle drying of those fruit notes.
Comment: Well put together, some interesting twists from nose to palate.

Taster   Mark Newton
Nose: Exceptionally fresh. Butter and lime marmalade on (wholemeal) toast. Pencil shavings. Fino sherry. Old school desks. Watermelon and cucumber. Vanilla fudge.
Palate: Fresh fruits: melon, peaches and green apples. There’s a little peppery warmth. Praline. Candied fruits and barley sugar. A little maltiness underneath, straw and green tea.
Finish: Medium length, with light oils, tangerines and kiwi fruit.
Comment: Unusual flavours, and I’d love to say they worked well. Alas…
