Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Runny honey, but there is a delicate floral quality here as well. Reminds me of Bonfire Night with toffee apples and cinnamon spice.
Palate: Rich sweetness, not cloying. A little Oriental spice and a touch of liquorice.
Finish: Smooth and very pleasing.
Comment: Possibly the most bang on name out there, sweet.
8.3
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral and grassy. Lemon balm, marshmallow. Aniseed candy. Sweet and gentle. Gets biscuity on time.
Palate: Round and sweet. The same profile as on the nose. Refreshing. Star anis.
Finish: Sweet, fresh and clean.
Comment: The style of soothing dram you enjoy in summer on a warm afternoon. It will not fly you to the moon but it will take your stress away.
