Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Prickly. Herbal. Verbena tea. Green tea too. With water, some exotic fruit.Pineapple. Touch of vetiver.
Palate: The same prickly feel with the alcohol bite. Keeps herbal but does not develop much further. With water, creamier. Mint toffee.
Finish: Clean,dry.
Comment: Shy at first, that dram takes time to reveal an interesting profile. Waterplays the trick !
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A little flat initially,then there's linoleum, Elastoplast,lime,peach, tablet, lily.With water,sweet and bready.
Palate: Clean, macaroon, white chocolate, light oak,a drying quality akin to wet plaster. With water much more buttery and fudge like.
Finish: Chamomile.
Comment: While this doesn't set the house on fire,it's eminently drinkable.
