Tasting notes

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Delicate, sweet and caressing. Almondy. Blancmange. A floral note. Gorse.
Palate: Round, mellow. A creamy sweetness. Pear flan. A touch of marshmallow. Appetising.
Finish: Crisp, minty. Peppermint.
Comment: A very well wrapped present! Fresh, cheery with a charming combination of fruity and floral flavours. Luscious.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Plain and lightly grassy. Touch of creamy mashed potato and light apricot. Slightly vinous. Water brings out Dolly Mixture like esters, bubblegum.
Palate: Delicate and slightly minty and an acetone-like note. High toned with banana, raspberry.
Finish: Coconut.
Comment: Light, but a good aperitif. Have it with ice.
