Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Nutty, creamy. Apricots in mascarpone. A light touch of cappuccino. Honey syrup.
Palate: Smooth, mouthcoating. Toasted hazelnuts. Peach infused in basil.
Finish: Neat, a little too dry maybe.
Comment: Another pleasant dram. Has this friendly, straightforward invite. To be served slightly chilled with a fruit dessert.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Dry and malty with touches of hessian, malt bin and crisp oak. Some orchard fruit, cocoa, but a little musty.
Palate: Light again but fizzy giving an interest to a very soft and smooth mid-palate. White chocolate. Alcohol sticks out just a little.
Finish: Digestive biscuits, then chocolate, vanilla pod and cream all the way down the throat. It all comes together at the end.
Comment: Slightly disappointing until the finish which is worth the entry price.
