Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Crisp and slightly sweet with lot of biscuity/cereal malt. The green fruit of youth then emerges in time. Watercloses thatdown however and brings out oakiness.
Palate: Clean, with soft and sweet fruits, spice and a touch of chocolate covered limes.Very light and clean.
Finish: Clean if little short.
Comment: An aperitif. The oak suggests flavours not interacted as yet.
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Fresh and crisp,crab apple,pineapple
Palate: Wispy smoke and light pepper spice, clean and pleasant malt.
Finish: Medium and pleasant enough without exciting.
Comment: Not so much a king as a maturing prince.
